Roscoe Henry retired with 25 years of service in Mississippi state government. After retirement, Mr. Henry formed ABOC LLC, a computer business offering technology assistance to school districts and businesses around the state. In addition to the Southern Minority Leadership Council board, Mr. Henry serves on the Jackson Music Awards (JMA) and Mississippi Gospel Music Awards (MGMA) boards assisting with technology and bringing national and local talents to the state in recognition and appreciation of their accomplishments. He is also founder of Anointed Bodies of Christ, a choir which has produced several singles and recordings. The choir has ministered around the nation, and has nominations in several award categories in the MGMA and Rhythm of Gospel Music Awards in Jacksonville, FL. Mr. Henry has served as president of the South Mississippi Youth Federation and South Mississippi Abstinence Education Program Director; organizations committed to serving thousands of children across Mississippi, and providing Leadership Summits and conferences to teens and their families.
