“Accountable Leadership: Building Processes and Structures for Equitable Outcomes”
Historically, the Leadership Conference for Minority Administrators has served as the nucleus for supporting, maintaining and inspiring a cadre of administrators and aspiring administrators, who are committed to assisting with the education of all students from birth to eternity.
The genesis of this conference began in the Mississippi Department of Education, but has blossomed to include twelve (12) additional states. Service and excellence is our overall goal. We must recruit, educate, and train all administrators, but especially those who were left behind, before the No Child Left Behind Legislation/mandate, to guarantee that there will be a representative number of proficient and conscientious administrators participating in the educational arena.
